Park City Real Estate Market Report Update Ending March 5th, 2023
The Park City real estate market saw 5 new listings with a total listing volume of $12,715,000. There were 9 new pending sales with a pending volume of $19,749,000 and 7 closed sales totaling $16,572,000 in closed sales volume.
At the Jordanelle, 11 new listings were added to the market with a listing volume of $18,026,140. There were 14 new pending sales with a pending volume of $39,496,250 and 7 closed sales totaling $7,932,386 in closed sales volume.
Heber Valley saw 4 new listings with a total listing volume of $7,095,000. There were 4 new pending sales with a pending volume of $7,545,000 and 3 closed sales totaling $2,659,800 in closed sales volume.
Finally, in Kamas Valley there were only 3 new listings added to the market with a listing volume of $5,215,790. There was only one new pending sale at just $795k and only one closed sale for $2.125 million.
Overall it seems like Jordanelle is experiencing the most activity while Kamas Valley has been slow compared to other regions.
